Why NFTs?

Use-right NFTs map on-chain to the right-to-use a specific land lot for a defined period.

They are transferable assets for collectors/investors while keeping title safely offline until maturity.

Flow (Phase 2 → Phase 3)

  1. Lock GHBT voluntarily until 2032-06-30.
  2. We snapshot the chain; publish a verifiable ranking with explorer links.
  3. Top 30 addresses sequentially pick 1 use-right NFT out of 34 lots (till 2031-12-31); remaining 4 lots kept by the company.
  4. NFTs are tradable; the project does not intervene in secondary prices.
  5. Later (2032–2036) use-right NFTs will be issued earlier (2026/2027). If one address holds both phases for the SAME lot, property title can be granted offline (lawyer + county filing; fees paid by recipient).

Important Rules

  • NFT represents a VIRTUAL use-right credential. Title stays with the company until grant conditions are met.
  • If you intend to actually use/occupy the land, the NFT must be handed back to the company for custodial holding during the use period to prevent mid-use transfers.
  • During actual use, all U.S. property taxes/fees/fines are borne by the NFT holder (or collected/paid via the company).
  • Failure to pay taxes/fees on time may result in NFT and use-right forfeiture to avoid government repossession.

Activating Physical Use (Agreement Summary)

  • Complete KYC and sign the “Virtual → Physical Use Agreement”.
  • Pre-pay the first year of property tax to Good House LLC; the company files the payment with the county.
  • Transfer the NFT to the custody address `0xGOODHOUSExxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx` during the entire usage period; NFT is returned afterwards.
  • Company discloses payment receipts and keeps the page updated with county proof (per agreement §3 and §4).

Q: Is this a security or offering?

A: No. GHBT is an algorithmic pricing token. This page is an informational disclosure, not investment advice.

Q: How do I verify a lot/NFT?

A: Each lot page will attach county record links, parcel numbers and document hashes (IPFS) as they are disclosed.

Q: Can I trade the NFTs?

A: Yes. Use-right NFTs are transferable. The project does not set prices.

Legal & Risk Reminders

Actual land use carries natural, geological, and legal risks. The company is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, disasters, or neighbour disputes.

Missing tax deadlines or violating county regulations allows Good House LLC to freeze or reclaim the NFT to prevent government repossession.

The agreement is governed by Maryland law and the county law of the respective lot. Disputes go through the company’s registered jurisdiction.
