Tennessee (TN)
8 lots · 2 counties/parishes
Eight GHBT Tennessee lots span Shelby County (Memphis urban parcels) and Anderson County (Oak Ridge residential plot). Titles were acquired via county tax sales and are being catalogued for Phase 2 disclosures.
Louisiana (LA)
6 lots · 3 counties/parishes
Six Louisiana parcels cover Evangeline Parish agricultural ground and St. Tammany / Jefferson suburban plots. All lots are recorded with parish assessors and queued for IPFS deed scans.
Maryland (MD)
12 lots · 5 counties/parishes
Twelve Maryland lots anchor around Kent, Carroll, Howard, Harford, and Baltimore County—core jurisdictions for GHBT's registered operations. Documentation pipelines follow state SDAT procedures and will be published in bilingual form.
Mississippi (MS)
8 lots · 3 counties/parishes
Eight Mississippi parcels focus on DeSoto, Lee, and Madison counties—high-growth nodes around Memphis and Jackson metro corridors. Title work is being harmonized with county GIS feeds for upcoming disclosures.
Use-Right Highlights
- Lock GHBT until 2032-06-30 → on-chain snapshot → top 30 addresses pick 2027-2031 land use-right NFTs; remaining 4 lots stay with the company.
- 2032-2036 use-right NFTs will launch in 2026/2027; holding both phases for one lot allows an offline title grant.
- Before physical use, the NFT must be transferred to the custody address and local property tax prepaid per the agreement.
- Failure to pay taxes or comply allows GHBT to freeze/reclaim the NFT to avoid government forfeiture.
